Peter Diamandis and Dave Blundin on getting caregivers to plan before the next emergency

Plan First, Then Keep a Log

I asked the Moonshots Mates a question I have carried for eight years. The families I serve are exhausted and in crisis mode. How do you get them to prepare for the next emergency instead of only surviving this one.

Dave Blundin went first. Planning, he said, is where a tired person should start with AI. Ask how an hour or two could have been saved today, then build the road map, because once one person builds it, others follow it. Peter Diamandis made it concrete. Keep a log of the day, put it into any free or low-cost AI, and ask what would make tomorrow more efficient and more joyful.

Neither answer needs a robot or a subscription. A log and a question is something a daughter can do tonight on her phone. The road map is what Tugboat's ninety-day plan is for, and Dave's version of it, one person builds it and the rest follow, is the whole reason the plan is free.

The honest caveat is that a log takes time the caregiver does not feel she has. The answer to that is the same as Dave's. Start with an hour you already lost, and ask what would have saved it.

Next Steps

Dave's road map, built for your family, is the free Tech Plan. Peter's log becomes useful the day something goes wrong, and that is what the Navigator is for, your first three moves in the first hour.
